1. Inspect to point out problem areas
2. Pre-vacuum to remove loose soil particles
3. Chemically pre-condition spots and heavily soiled areas
4. Mechanically agitate as needed
5. Truck-mount steam rinse
6. Post-treat any remaining spots
7. Pile lift with rake
8. Post inspect

Area Rug Cleaning

We pick up, clean, dry, and deliver your area rug.

Upholstery Cleaning Procedures

1. Inspect to point out problem areas
2. Pre-vacuum to remove loose soil particles
3. Chemically pre-condition spots and heavily soiled areas
4. Hand agitate as needed
5. Steam rinse
6. Post-treat any remaining spots
7. Raise nap with brush
8. Post inspect

Drapery Cleaning Procedures

1. Inspect to point out problem areas
2. Pre-vacuum to remove normal atmoshpheric soil
3. Odorless mineral spirit rinse and vacuum
4. Post clean any remaining spots
5. Post inspect

Flood/Water Damage

We offer flood and water damage restoration and cleaning including structural drying and dehumidification.

Air Duct Cleaning Procedures

1. Inspect and count vents
2. Wash and sanitize vent covers
3. Vacuum ducts all the way to furnace
4. Clean main ducting from basement
5. Use ULV fogger to disinfect and deodorize ducts
6. Replace vent covers
7. Post inspect
